Well, all I can say is that when I started focusing on these two words, and being intentional with them in my practice, things got better.
This is something I see people do ALL the time when it comes to holding themselves back from getting higher paying clients. :(
Here's a question that - when asked from a place of integrity - will absolutely help you unlock your potential and capacity for getting more higher paying clients...without being pushy or salesy.
This is something that I was doing a little bit, but not nearly as intentionally as I could have been...so I wanted to share. :)
