So I know this is unusual, but it's probably something you'll better understand after hearing the audio. :)
This was a question I got on LinkedIn the other day, and I wanted to share my specific response. :)
I actually got this point from a good friend of mine, Martin Williams out in the UK...he made it while we were talking and it made a lot of sense!
It was something that I instantly recognized, and have actually been saying in a different way, but hadn't heard it put this way (which is awesome!).
As most of you guys know by now, I'm all about charging and getting paid what your worth as a Coach. So much so, I had a chance to sit down with Vanessa Ugutti who talks a lot about that, to get her perspective on what can sometimes be a somewhat vexing issue for coaches.
As Coaches, we talk and work with people all the time.
Some people say stuff and work with you. Others also say stuff...and don't. :(
So how can you separate the orange from the peel as it were, and not waste time chasing people all over the place?
Great question and one we tackle right here today.
